With a passenger capacity of 501, the MS Vesterålen is one of the smallest ships in the Hurtigruten fleet. She takes her name from a beautiful archipelago of sheer mountains, deep sounds, flowery meadows and attractive Nordic fishing villages, and passes the islands frequently on her route from Kirkenes to Bergen.
The Vesterålen archipelago is just one of the many gorgeous Norwegian coastal locations, and the highest deck on the ship has been made into a panoramic lounge offering a fabulous opportunity for guests to soak in the stunning scenery as they pass by. Luckily, there is a lift available to get to the top, so it’s easy to enjoy the ever-changing seascape.
