The first Lady Ship of Virgin Voyages fleet, Scarlet Lady, is almost here, and she’s shaping up to be quite a beauty. If the leading lady image on the livery seems recognizable, it might be because she’s made appearances on Virgin entities before. Designed by artist Toby Tinsley, her likeness appears on Virgin Atlantic and Australia aircrafts as well as the Virgin Galactic spaceline.
Virgin Voyages is a global travel brand committed to creating the world’s most irresistible holiday. With operations in the US, UK and Europe, Virgin currently has three ships under order with master shipbuilder Fincantieri. Virgin Voyages’ first ship, Scarlet Lady, will arrive at Port of Miami in 2020 for her inaugural sailing season, where she will sail to the Caribbean hosting more than 2,700 sailors and 1,150 amazing crew from around the world.
Virgin Voyages Cruises
There will be three different cruises all departing Miami:
Havana After Dark
Havana After Dark cruise itineraries will feature an overnight stay in Havana, Cuba and will be either four or five nights long. The overnight stay in Cuba will guide Sailors on an exploration through Old Havana alongside the historic cars and architecture. While there, Sailors will get a taste for the delectable cuisine, salsa dance the night away or even join a people-to-people cultural exchange for an up close and personal view on Cuban life.
The five-night Mayan Sol sailings to Costa Maya, Mexico will allow Sailors to carve their own paths, where they can explore the ancient Mayan ruins, experience luscious jungles, visit the Great Maya Reef or make their way through top-tier restaurants and clubs on the beach.
On the five-night Dominican Daze itineraries to Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic, sailors can hang ten at a surf school then maybe take a cable car up a mountain, ending the day rowing a kayak through canyons.
