Silver Cloud, Silver Wind, Silver Shadow, Silver Whisper, Silver Spirit and the flagship Silver Muse provide guests with the highest standards in all-suite accommodations, combined with sublime service that is both attentive, yet not intrusive. On a Silversea cruise, all guests benefit from European-style butler service within their luxurious home away from home, complete with Bvlgari toiletries, personalised stationery and a mini-bar stocked with your favourite drink. Nothing is too much trouble.
The style aboard Silversea Cruises is described as discreet elegance. Because of each ships size, they are able to visit some of the most unique ports of call, somewhere where larger ships can only dream of visiting. Whether your desire is to unwind with a signature treatment in the spa or to attend an informative seminar, each ship is alive with options designed to relax, enrich and broaden your horizons.
Every guest will receive at least one free hour of WiFi per day on all Silversea Cruises ships, with select suites receiving unlimited free WiFi. Proving yet again, for all–inclusive at its most inclusive, Silversea is leading the way.
Silversea Cruises also have a fleet of expedition ships under their Silversea Expeditions brand, with Silver Origin being the first purpose-built expedition ship to sail the Galápagos. Read our news article - Silversea reveal details of Silver Origin
We really enjoyed the classical pianist and singer in the main show lounge, as well as the pianist in The Bar – a great place for a pre-dinner cocktail or an evening drink. Do book in for an evening meal at Le Champagne, there is a small cover charge and the food and service are out of this world. Veranda Suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable with cosy duvets and even a pillow menu to choose from. Onboard Silver Muse, there are eight dining options for you to choose from.
What you should know
The atmosphere and ambience on board Silversea Cruises is hard to put into words – after a day or two you become seduced by the pampering, the first-class service and the warm hospitality. Beware when you reach a port of call it may be hard to leave the ship. On Silver Muse you will need to pre-book your speciality dining prior to embarking the ship, as there is no open-sitting main dining room.
May we suggest
The Silver Shadow was the first of the Silversea fleet to have the spa area upgraded and it is well worth a visit, for both ladies and gentlemen (the new spa concept has since been added to all ships). Treatments are varied and affordable. We would suggest you book early as they can get quite busy on nights and days at sea.
We would recommend Silversea Cruises for the discerning client who wants all-inclusive 5-star quality in an intimate and friendly environment.
