Cunard to show Rugby World Cup on its fleet

Cunard Line will ensure that sports fans do not miss out on the Rugby World Cup during cruises over the coming weeks, with matches set to be screened on Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth

A total of 24 games will be shown onboard including all fixtures involving England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

The quarter-finals, semi-finals and bronze final will also be broadcast, along with the final on October 23rd.

Matches will be shown live or recorded within 24 hours of the original kick-off time to ensure that screenings take place at convenient times in the ships’ various locations.

Not only will the games be shown but the ships will be decorated and the officers and crew will really get behind the teams to support them and to celebrate with passengers.

  • Do you enjoy all the sports shown on cruise ships?
  • Would you get behind your team or do you go on a luxury cruise to escape this sort of thing?
