Specialty Dining with Oceania Cruises

Oceania Cruises are renowned for their luxurious and elegant ships that sail to all four corners of the globe. Yet, many people return year on year to the award-winning cruise line to experience the world-class service and gourmet cuisine on offer, including some of the speciality dining venues found aboard their newest ship; Riviera.

A meal at Jacque’s Pépin’s first restaurant on land or sea to bear his name offers the ultimate dining experience. Handsomely decorated with rich fabrics and heirloom antiques; Jacques resembles a classic Parisian bistro with an exceedingly comfortable and classy atmosphere. Chef Pépin has taken the classics, deconstructed them, and then ingeniously e-creating each remarkable dish with his own signature twist.

Red Ginger makes an immediate and powerful statement with its decorate, feng-shui like atmosphere. Oceania Cruises’ award winning chefs have created a striking menu, noted for its contemporary interpretatiations of Asian classics. From a roasted duck salad to braised beef with a nutty flavour, the flavours of Asia come alive in every bite. And to top it off, indulge in some of the finest Asian-inspired desserts that can be found on land or sea.

The Polo Grill provides a simply timeless and intimate setting that evokes the opulence of a traditional Steakhouse. Guests can look forward to sampling some of the finest and freshest of ingredients; from a gourmet Caesar salad prepared tableside to the grill’s signature 32-ounce king’s cut prime rib of USDA beef. Other magnificent classics include surf and turf and a whole lobster gratinée.

Simple yet balanced, a meal at Toscana provides the ultimate experience in traditional Tuscan cuisine where you can enjoy the finest dishes prepared "a la momento" and the most flavoursome of regional wines.

Privée stands alone as being one of the most indulgent and one-of-a-kind dining experiences found with Oceania Cruises. Reserved solely for the use of up to ten guests, Privée is opulently decorated with Ferrari-red carpeting and oversized baby-white crocodile pairs to create the most exclusive of surroundings. Each guest may select any dishes from Polo Grill or Toscana and enjoy the delights that these two restaurants offer in an intimate and private soiree-like atmosphere.
