Southeast Asia cruise review on Celebrity Millennium
Great service overall. Only had problems with our flight tickets after being told the seats were booked and confirmed, and also problems getting into the lounge as we were told there was no booking. Other than that, would definitely use again. I did have a very quick email reply service prior to booking the cruise, however since booking, the promptness has slowed down.. We book cruises regularly so would be good to continue the relationship with yourselves. Most impressed with the hotels and taxi service that you provided :-)
Flights and transfers (7 out of 10)
10/10 for perfect transfers, however the pre-booked seats hadn't been confirmed so we were split up on a couple of the flights.
Embarkation (8 out of 10)
Very busy and slightly disorganised.
Cabins/Suites (8 out of 10)
Very nice considering the ship was a lot older than the ones we normally travel on.
Food and dining (9 out of 10)
Fantastic service and lovely food in Blu.
Public Rooms (10 out of 10)
Great! Very clean and plenty of space.
Onboard Service (9 out of 10)
Fantastic as always.
Itinerary and ports of call (10 out of 10)
All great and worth seeing. Hoi An was the most stunning place we saw which is offered to you to see when in Danang (Hue).
Shore Excursion (8 out of 10)
They are very expensive, however they tend to have great tour guides with lots of information to share and great knowledge. Numbers in groups are generally ok so long as one coach is the maximum on one tour.
