Silversea adds British culinary experts to two voyages

Award-winning luxury cruise operator Silversea have announced that two of Britain's top culinary personalities will host the operator's popular Culinary Arts voyages later this year.

Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton, who owns a number of restaurants in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai, will host the Silver Shadow's nine-day voyage from Hong Kong to Singapore, which departs on the 25th of November. Meanwhile, Chocolatier Chantal Coady, the founder of Rococo Chocolates will host the Silver Whisper's seven-day voyage around the Caribbean that departs from Barbados on November 8.

Silversea's popular Culinary Arts themed voyages allows guests to join world-renowned chefs as they share their culinary expertise through an array of special menus, cookery demonstrations and a grand gourmet dinner that shines the spotlight on their most innovative culinary creations. On selected voyages, guests will also be able to join the culinary experts on a series of food-related excursions to international markets and many more food-related places of interest.
