Silver Whisper in the Caribbean
Jacqui - Thanks for your note, have being meaning to drop you a line post our holiday...
Firstly thanks for all your help in getting it organised and changing the hotel at our request form Hyatt to Ritz Carlton in Ft Lauderdale, throughout your service was great and most helpful.
Silversea Cruises lived up to their reputation and although service was a tad slow in the main restaurant to start with it soon improved and we liked the slightly more laid back service of the ship overall, the crew were great especially the butler and we were amazed by how much space you get booking a Silver Suite room- and clearly the other fab bit was being all inclusive there was no mega bill at the end!
Itinerary was pretty good- Tortola was a bit disappointing although we did go to Sugarcane beach which was nice but busy as a P & O ship was also in, got fed up with people asking if we wanted taxis in Antigua as well....but the positives were St Barts which was brilliant and with a great Catamaran trip which ran even though only 6 of us were on it. We also enjoyed the shopping in St Lucia and St Kitts and did the Grenada catamaran trip where we had met our friends 2 years ago!
Ritz Carlton was great in Ft Lauderdale- fab service and made a special feature our of Eleanor's birthday both at a dinner and even at breakfast, the pick up you arranged was great very efficient on time and plenty of room for luggage.
We are thinking of doing another cruise around November 2014 although having seen Silversea dates etc we may have to move the dates around a bit, certainly we would look to use your services again and that of your company (do you only do cruises out of interest?)
Thanks also for the chocolates you arranged for Eleanor's birthday much appreciated and very kind.
