Royal Princess to sail from Port Everglades in Winter 2013
Royal Princess, the newest cruise ship in the acclaimed Princess Cruises fleet will home-port from Port Everglades in Florida during her winter cruising season in the Caribbean.
The new 141,000 ton, 3,600 passenger cruise ship will be berthed at Cruise Terminal 2, which has recently undergone a major renovation to enhance the guest experience with the addition of more check-in locations and a bright interior.
Royal Princess is set to debut in Europe in June this year, and she is the first of two new-generation ships for the popular American-Italian cruise line. New additions to the Princess cruising experience include an expanded atrium, dramatic over-water SeaWalk, private poolside cabanas and a dazzling water and light show.
She will sail from Port Everglades on a series of seven-day voyages to the Eastern Caribbean, which includes a stop at Princess Cays, the lines very own private island in the Bahamas.
