Flights & Transfers
Made own arrangements for flights from the UK to Los Angeles.
Flights to and from Tahiti were part of cruise package and were adequate. The transfers to and from pre/post cruise hotels were handled efficiently and smoothly.

Pre cruise hotels
Pre and Post Cruise hotel were good and offered good rooms to relax in and excellent facilities for showering after long haul flights.

Embarkation
Embarkation ran smoothly and professionally; although we were given embarkation time to meet in the Hotel Foyer. This timing turned out to be a bit arbitrary, as guests tend to arrive far too early. Perhaps this is because we were asked to vacate rooms too early. We had to check out by 1.00pm, but embarkation was not until 3.15pm!!

Cabins/Suites
Have no complaints about the standard/size of on board suite. The amenities were very good, as was the steward service.

Food and dining
Food & dining experience was excellent. Dining venues and standard of service was extremely good. There was a choice of three dining venues and all offered a high level of service and food. We tried them all, but if we had a preference it would be the Veranda Restaurant.

Entertainment
A good range of entertainment and onboard activities were offered. The onboard lectures were particularly interesting.

Public Rooms

All very clean and tidy, with adequate space for the number of passengers onboard.

Onboard Service

All the staff were extremely courteous and offered an extremely high standard of service.  Most of our regular waiters and bar staff went out of their way to remember our names and make us very welcome.

Itinerary and ports of call

Great itinerary and ports - real gem was Moorea. If I had a small tip, it would be to arrange your own transport on Bora Bora and Moorea as a very good tour package can be negotiated at the dockside at a very reasonable cost.

Shore excursions
Did not take the tour packages as we thought they were a bit expensive, so did our own thing at a fraction of the cost.

Janet's service

The Luxury Cruise Company service was excellent. Look forward to equally good service for our Black Sea Cruise in September 2013 with Silversea.
