Oceania Crusies Riviera review May 3013
- Name: Davis
- Cruise line: Oceania
- Ship Name: Riviera
- Month/Year of travel: May 2013
- Area of World: Europe
Embarkation – Very good
Cabins/Suites – Suite was fantastic, Plenty of space, walk in closet was great. Cabin stewards kept suite very clean. Butler was good but we didn’t make great demands on him.
Food and dining – Quality of food was good but polo grill a disappointment. My husband steak was over cooked and had to be sent back. Other passengers remarked on Polo Grill not being as good.
Public Rooms - Very clean
Onboard Service – Service good but always room for improvement.
Itinerary and ports of call – Excellent itinerary
Shore Excursions – We didn’t do any as the ships tours were too expensive.
My service, Cathy Chesman – Thank you for the bottle of Prosecco on-board and the welcome home bottle of champagne when we got back. Would have preferred to receive the tickets a little earlier.
