Oceania Cruises refreshes dining room menus
Award-winning luxury cruise operator Oceania Cruises have recently refreshed their menus in the Grand Dining Room. The refreshed menus include the addition of eighty-five new offerings including three lobster dishes and ten pastas and risottos.
At present, the new menus can be found aboard Riviera, however it is anticipated that these will be rolled-out across the entire fleet by early May. The new menus also feature an expanded selection of Canyon Ranch dishes, which offer healthier-alternatives that are still big on flavour. In addition, Oceania Cruises' culinary director Jacques Pépin has created a variety of new signature dishes, including Pancetta-Wrapped Jumbo Shrimp and Diver Scallops over Orange-Braised Endive.
Oceania Cruises are renowned for their superior level of service and attention to detail aboard their mid-sized luxury cruise vessels. With the implementation of the new refreshed menus, guests are now able to enjoy a larger variety of gourmet European-cuisine in the Grand Dining Room, an open seating venue found on all vessels in the fleet.
