Michelin chef Jason Atherton to cook on Silversea
Award winning Michelin-star chef Jason Atherton, who owns restaurants in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai, is to cook a unique four-course meal for guests aboard the Silver Shadow later this year.
During the Silver Shadow's nine day sailing departing from Hong Kong on November 25, guests will be able to enjoy a specially created menu, details of which have not yet been released. However, in addition to cooking onboard, Chef Atherton will be a guest speaker during the voyage, and he will host a select number of guests on a unique tour of one of the fresh food markets in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam.
Chef Atherton added:
"I am very excited to be boarding my first ever sea journey and cooking for these distinguished guests. It will not only be a first for me but also a great challenge to deliver Michelin-star cuisine on board one of Silversea Cruises premier ships."
