Hapag Lloyds Europa 2 to offer a variety of dining venues
Ready to set sail on her maiden voyage next month, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises' newest cruise ship Europa 2 is to feature several dining venues, including a sushi bar, three specialty restaurants and the Speisezimmer, which can be booked for private dining.

The 44-seat Tarragon restaurant will serve a traditional French cuisine whilst the 48-seat Elements dining room will specialise in Asian-fusion cuisine. For an authentic taste of Italy, guests are encouraged to experience Serenissima, a 56-personr restaurant that celebrates everything about Italy and offers modern interpretations of Ligurian and Neapolitan cooking. Meanwhile, the 58-seat Sakura restaurant is to offer sushi, miso soup and even a green tea ice cream! In the Grande Reserve Wine Bar, guests will be able to sample classic wines from around the world in a intimate and sophisticated setting.
Within the Miele Culinary School, the chef de cuisine of Tarragon will demonstrate the cuisine found at Europa 2's various cruise destinations. The cooking courses are set to take place in the morning and can be booked as an alternative to a shore excursion.
