Flights & Transfers
We did our own flights. Transfers were good, but we arranged some ourselves.

Pre cruise hotels
Grand Hyatt in Bali was excellent, beautiful hotel with a great room, good service. Restaurants were all good.
Stayed at the Pan Pacific in Singapore. Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Booked ourselves through Singapore Airlines which entitled you to a Singapore package of tours and benefits.

Embarkation
Got a taxi to ship so no queues. Had lunch and champagne on-board, as we did not take the pre-cruise trip, as we were disappointed with the day trip earlier. Also we missed the seafood dinner of which I believe was not good, because our flight was late.

Cabins/Suites
The penthouse was excellent, good size and position. Best yet. Our butler and cabin steward were even better than previous three cruises.

Food and dining
Enjoyed all four restaurants and also coffee connection. Good idea making the Veranda Restaurant an Italian/French on occasions. Staff and food all good.

Entertainment
Production shows good. There could have been better daytime activities but attended bridge lessons with excellent tutors. Only complaint was duo - second rate and waste of time.

Public Rooms
Excellent

Onboard Service
All staff were a credit to the master John Macneill who was a lovely man who ran a happy and efficient ship.

Itinerary and ports of call
No-not pleased with Exmouth and Geraldton disappointing. Missed Akora- weather too bad so had to stay in Hobart (good) an extra 24 hours because of bad weather so missed Doubtful Sound which we were looking forward to.

Shore Excursions
Tour escorts were good on knowledge. Some of the trips weren't as good as expected. Object to having to pay extra money for some of the trips as Regent advertise trips as inclusive but now charging for some which seem to be increasing in number. - Don't agree!

Tony Stephenson's Service
Excellent as usual. Very helpful and informative. Very professional.
