Pre cruise hotels - The Churchill Hotel in London was very comfortable, good location and elegant, would stay there again.

Embarkation -  Perfect, no queues at all.

Cabins/Suites - Thank you for suggesting cabin 10109 with a slightly larger balcony than the AA grade that we would have usually chosen. Cabin steward was delightful, always smiling and kep our cabin beautifully clean dand tidy. Cabin not huge but adequate as was the bathroom and wardrobe space.

Food and dining - We used all of the dining areas on the ship. They all had excellent choice of food, you really are spoilt for choice. Really enjoyed Prego and Silk Road, very intimate venures.

Entertainment - My husband and I enjoyed listening to the piano in Crystal Cove. Really good to see the introduction of a few new shows, iLuminate, The Tourist was fantastic. We also really enjoyed the revamp of 'Across the Pond' which had been the same for ages.

Public Rooms - I love Crystal for the space, Palm Court has to be my new favourite.

Onboard Service - Waiters are always professional and courteous. Bar staff very attentive, always remember your drink preferences. Most exceptional service as always from the amazing boys who work so hard around the pool and dining venues, how do they remember your name from one year to the next!!

Itinerary and ports of call - Particularly enjoyed Lisbon by tram, perfect way to see the city.

Shore Excursions - We took tours in Bordeaux and Lisbon, client numbers approx 15 on each tour which was perfect to hear the guides.

Cathy's service - We're so glad we found you Cathy Chesman! Lovely to be treated as a valued client. Nice to have someone who keeps her word, by that I mean contacting you when agreed and someone who can offer personal suggestion ie cabin position with large balcony. We'll be back! Thank you.

Finally please provide your ratings from 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest
