Crystal Cruises has been voted "World's Best Large-Ship Cruise Line" by the readers of Travel + Leisure magazine for the 14th year in a row – an amazing record.
Crystal Cruises is the only cruise line, hotel or resort to have won the esteemed award each year since the awards began, and scored an impressive 88.94, which is the best of any cruise line, large or small.
The awards are featured in the August 2009 edition of the magazine, and are based on a survey completed by thousands of world travellers. Subscribers were asked to rate the cruise line on food, service, cabins, destinations, itineraries, value, and activities.
Crystal Cruises Innovative features like the Vintage Room, restaurants with cuisine by Nobu Matsuhisa, tech concierges, Crystal Adventures shore excursions, and meticulous attention to detail continues to distinguish the Crystal Cruises experience.
Crystal Cruises fleet comprises of the Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity, which sail on itineraries throughout the world, including a World Cruise lasting over 100 days. In the autumn, Crystal Symphony will have a multi million dollar redesign and by the end of 2009, Crystal Cruises will have invested over $65 million in the two ships over the past three years.
