Cat Cora to set sail with Holland America Line

This summer, renowned Celebrity Chef Cat Cora will demonstrate how to create her favourite dishes as part of Holland America Line's Culinary Arts Centre, which is presented in conjunction with the Food & Wine magazine.

She is scheduled to set sail on MS Nieuw Amsterdam's 12-night Mediterranean voyage departing from Venice on July 2, 2013. In addition to Cora, the line-up for the fleet-wide Culinary Arts Centre enrichment program includes other celebrated chefs, cookbook authors and television personalities.

The Culinary Arts Centre aboard Holland America Line's fleet of premium cruise ships is presented by the Food & Wine Magazine and enables guest to experience cookery shows, wine tasting and question and answer sessions.

Cat Cora loves to cruise and is also the godmother to the Riviera cruise ship from Oceania Cruises.
