Flights & Transfers
Good flight.

Pre cruise hotels
We didn't like the location of the hotel, we preferred South Beach but we were very near to the metro so it worked out well in the end. We checked in to a room with a double bed, although we had asked for a twin configuration. On check out we were given a bill for over $1000, which was incorrect. This was very stressful and was not appreciated.

The ship was late arriving into port, but we had no issues with embarkation and Regent handled the situation excellently.

We arrived again to a suite with a double bed. However this was soon rectified by our steward.

Food and dining
Prime 7 was excellent however we did not like the décor of the restaurant. All the food was excellent as was the service. The only addition could be English and Danish Bacon to the menu.

There were no enrichment lectures, because the lecturer had been indisposed. We feel that Regent should have found a replacement. Otherwise, the other entertainment was splendid and we thought the pianist and comedian were excellent. However we did feel that the Jean Ann Ryan productions were very similar to our previous cruises and were often sleep inducing!

Itinerary and ports of call
We found Key West, Grand Cayman and Honduras to be wonderful destinations, however we felt Cozumel was tacky.

Shore excursions
The quality of the shore excursions was very poor on this occasion. The snorkelling excursion in Cozumel actually took place over dead coral, which meant there was nothing to see. In addition, the excursion in Roatan was very dangerous. We were not given any life vests and our guide was often 200 yards ahead most of the time. If anyone had got into any trouble, we were not advised of any procedure or signal to give, which we thought was appalling.

My service
Many thanks for your excellent service Cathy!
