The MS Paul Gauguin boasts of serving the finest food in the South Seas in its three eateries. And, at every meal, selected wines are offered with the compliments of the house.
L'Etoile serves French cuisine with hints of Polynesia in a classic Parisian setting. Le Grill is the venue of choice for buffet breakfasts under the sun and fresh lunches poolside. At night, it serves grilled specialities indoor and outdoor to those that have reserved a table.
Similarly, La Veranda also serves indoor and al fresco breakfasts and lunches, before turning into a French bistro at dinner, where reservations are also required.
Onboard MS Paul Gauguin guests can enjoy a flutter at Le Casion or relax in the Piano Bar in the observation lounge, which later turns into a nightclub where a chanteuse sings the blues while couples dance inside and out.
Le Grand Salon is another venue onboard, where you can enjoy exciting shows featuring the various arts of the Polynesian islands, from acappella harmonies to dance performances. Later on the cruise, guests are also invited to learn the dance steps with the performers.
The MS Paul Gauguin features an award-winning luxury spa. It offers both gentle pampering and a wide range of treatments to improve health and revitalisation, including skin care therapies, massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, body wraps, facials and beauty treatments. The fitness centre features treadmills, stairmasters and weight machines.
Jean-Michel Cousteau and the Ocean Futures Society have launched a programme for young travellers to learn about the natural habitat of French Polynesia and its marine and island ecosystems. They're invited to explore coral reefs, hike rainforest trails and visit ancient temples.
