Amawaterways serves up fresh produce in soups, meats, fish and other seafood. A continental breakfast of pastries, fruit and yoghurt can be complemented with salmon and champagne, as well as cheeses, sausages and various regional specialities.
Lunch dishes include hot and cold appetisers and soups as well as a number of entrées, desserts and coffees, while dinner can be an elegant affair or a theme night celebrating regional dishes, served with complimentary wine.
