Chef Nobu created the Silk Road and the Sushi Bar, serving Japanese-Peruvian fusion food, and are his only speciality restaurants at sea, located on both Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony.
Chef Nobu Matsuhisa personally trains all chefs, designs all menus and schedules in-person ship visits every year for ongoing refinement.
Whilst onboard, guests will have the chance to meet Chef Nobu and even have meals prepared by him. He will be making guest appearances and mingling with guests in Silk Road and the Sushi Bar, as well as holding cooking demonstrations and classes. Guests can also get Nobu's cookbooks signed by the famous chef, and attend a special "Omakase" dinner, with sake and sake champagne pairings
