DREAM CRUISE COMPETITION ENTRY

My dream cruise - I can't walk on the Promenade Deck without a parasol. These would be the words in this age of Victorian Elegance, when ladies had to have a pale skin. Beautiful dresses required large trunks and maids to help dress. The ship would be a wonderful grand environment with chandeliers, and grand dining where the Captain would entertain the guests with witty tales and a confidence in his ship and crew. Food would make people gasp at imaginative displays, and foods which were not the everyday fare would tantalise taste buds. Entertainment would be elegant or have shows which stretched the glamour of the age and produce spectacular acts to dazzle the audience. The ship would take them to a world that is so different full of sights and smells but offer a safe haven of normality after the adventures of the shore excursions. Wait! why would I need a pale skin? this past is a daydream, I can have all of this now and a golden tan. I can experience all this and more today so my cruise can make my dream come true.
