I would take a cruise on the NCL Dream which is a traditional looking ship. The ports I'd like to stop at are Cancun, Belize City, Cozumel and Roatan. I'd go scuba diving with Manta Ray divers in Cancun. In Belize, I'd do the Lamani tour where you ride down one of the rivers for about an hour and see a lot of wild life, then you go to Mayan ruins in the middle of the jungle. In Cozumel, I'd dive with Eagle Ray divers this time. They offer a combined dive/ snorkle trip so non-divers can also go. In Roatan I'd dive with subway watersports.
