The basics

Oberoi Philae and Oberoi Zahra and Oberio Vrinda are the only ultra-luxury river Nile cruise vessels sailing between Luxor and Aswan.

The luxurious and comfortable interorr of the cabins and suites is complimented with expansive views of the river framed by large windows within the cabins.

What you should know

The best time to visit Egypt is from October through to April due to the slightly cooler climate. However if you want great deals on tours and you don't mind the hotter conditions then visit Egypt in June or September. If you can really handle the heat then head there in July & August.

We are back from our Egyptian Nile cruise & we are DELIGHTED ! You never know what God (or a fate) prepared for you - in our case to start with it looked as a small disaster when I have booked by mistake our Oberoi Zahra suite cruise a year forward - for 2011 instead for 2010- to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary - you remember the confusion !
