Hebridean Island Cruises has one small, 5-star luxury cruise ships - Hebridean Princess – and features some of the finest privately escorted tours in the cruise sector. Hebridean operates a private flight from a private terminal at Stansted – simply drive up, park, walk in and a Hebridean representative will check you in while you enjoy a drink. Very civilised and a perfect way to start your cruise.

You will be escorted for your entire trip, and on each excursion Hebridean adds its own personal touch: from a private baroque music recital in Venice to lunch in a castle – there really is no equal when it comes to getting the very best out of each port of call. Hebridean also allows plenty of leisure time too, for those who want to shop or explore the destination on their own.

The cabins on this small ship are very special – they do not look like the average cruise ship cabin, they are large and have tasteful fabrics, curtains and panelled walls – much more like a bedroom in a country house hotel.

This ship is very friendly and discreet, and you will quickly be welcomed into the Hebridean family, with many guests having cruised with them before. We also like the ‘Britishness’ of the product.

What you should know

Don’t take this cruise if you want to dine in a different restaurant every night and need plenty of diversions to keep you entertained.

You take advantage of the fact that Hebridean cruises are truly all-inclusive – all shore excursions are included and very well organised. You can even take the ship’s bicycles ashore if you fancy some independent exploration.
