Avalon Waterways operates one of the youngest fleets in river and small ship cruising, while being supported by more than 80 years experience in organising travel itineraries and holidays around the world.

Launching with a brand new fleet in 2004, the ship designs became the new standard, with floor-to-ceiling windows, French balconies, larger staterooms with hotel-style amenities and a contemporary, bright interior. What's more, the propulsion system has also been given an overhaul to ensure the quietest experience possible.

Avalon Waterways has also taken a long look at its land programme, providing engaging port lectures, VIP access to key destinations, guided sightseeing and cultural immersion, resulting in an award-winning offering.

Avalon Affinity first set sail in 2009 and now cruises along the Rhine, Main, Danube and Moselle. It features spacious staterooms and suites, as well as numerous contemporary amenities.
