In order to enjoy this exclusive feature, all you need to do is ensure that your cruise and/or accommodation booked lasts a minimum of two nights and that you have registered for this service at the time of booking.

Your Booking

  • The accommodation and/or cruise MUST have a minimum duration of two nights and have been booked with The Luxury Cruise Company.
  • Complimentary access is only applicable for a flight departing the UK.
  • Access is applicable for all passengers on the booking. Restrictions may apply.
  • If you have booked First or Business Class, no voucher will be issued.
  • Complimentary access is not available for bookings of more than 10 persons.

 

The Voucher

  • Failure to present the voucher at the lounge may result in being charged.
  • Vouchers are non-transferrable and are only valid on the date shown.
  • They cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • In the event of refuse of entry, no refund will be given.
  • Should you amend or cancel your booking, and it no longer qualifies for use of the lounge, we have the right to charge for any subsequent use.
